Aside from being a pretty positive guy, I want to work with positive people doing positive things.
I use smileys in emails, make jokes (that may or may not be understood), and express my enthusiasm by saying "nice" with a passion. The same as the one I put into my work, and the stuff that makes life interesting to me.
